1. Using Chimbo Mkononi
By creating an account, placing an order, or listing products on Chimbo Mkononi, you agree to use the platform honestly and in accordance with Tanzanian law. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your contact details and delivery address.
2. Orders and Payments
Prices are shown in Tanzanian Shillings and may change without notice. Payments are processed through our mobile money partners. An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully collected or otherwise arranged with the seller or agent.
3. Seller Policy
Sellers and agents listing products on Chimbo Mkononi must provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing, and must fulfill accepted orders in a timely manner. Chimbo Mkononi reserves the right to suspend or remove any seller account found to be engaging in fraudulent, misleading, or abusive conduct.
4. Returns and Disputes
Return requests are handled according to the reason and evidence provided, and reviewed by the seller or agent involved in the order. Chimbo Mkononi may step in to help resolve disputes between customers, agents, and sellers where needed.
5. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time as the platform grows. Continued use of Chimbo Mkononi after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
